FencingLeadz provides digital marketing services exclusively to fence service providers, including but not limited to SEO, paid advertising, website design and development, reputation management, and lead follow-up systems. Service scope and pricing are confirmed in a separate service agreement.
No Guarantees
FencingLeadz does not guarantee specific results, including lead volume, search rankings, advertising performance, revenue, or return on investment. Digital marketing performance depends on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.
Market Availability
Submission of a Check Your Market form does not guarantee market availability or acceptance as a client. All submissions are reviewed individually.
Payment & Retainers
Services are billed on a monthly retainer basis as outlined on the Pricing page and in your service agreement. Advertising spend and third-party software are billed separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FencingLeadz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.
Governing Law
