How Pricing Works
What You're Actually Paying For
Management, Not Ad Spend
Every tier price is the strategy and management retainer. Google Ads and Meta Ads budgets are set separately and billed directly, so you always know what's going toward your actual ad accounts versus our work.
Built Around Your Service Area
Pricing doesn't change by region on a rate card — but scope does. A single-county residential business and a three-state commercial operation need different depth of work, which is scoped honestly before you commit.
No Surprise Line Items
What's listed under each plan is what's included. If something outside that scope comes up, it's discussed and agreed to before it's billed — never added quietly to an invoice.
Choosing a Tier
Foundation, Growth, or Market Leader?
Most fence companies start at the tier that matches how much of their market they're currently capturing, not how big they want to eventually be. Foundation suits a business still building its core local presence. Growth fits a company ready to add paid search and a structured follow-up system. Market Leader is built for companies in competitive metros that need Meta Ads, advanced Maps optimization, and a full reputation program working together.
Not Sure Which Fits?
Tell us about your service area and current growth situation through Check Your Market — we'll recommend a tier honestly, including if a Custom Growth Plan or a lower tier makes more sense than the one you had in mind.

Pricing Questions
No. These are management retainer prices. Advertising spend on Google Ads or Meta Ads, and any third-party software or platforms, are billed separately.
Yes. As your service area, budget, or goals change, your plan can be adjusted — this is discussed during your monthly strategy review.
Multi-location coverage, advanced advertising needs, CRM and call-tracking integration, and AI lead management are scoped individually based on your operation.
No package guarantees leads, rankings, revenue, return on ad spend, or customer acquisition. We'll be direct about what's realistic for your market and budget.
Contract terms are outlined in your service agreement before you sign anything — we'll walk through them plainly during your market review, with nothing buried in fine print.
By your service area size, current competition, and growth goals — not by upselling. We'll recommend the tier that matches your actual situation, and say so if a lower tier is the better starting point.
That's a normal conversation to have during a monthly review. Moving up a tier (or scoping a Custom Growth Plan) happens when your service area or ad budget genuinely calls for it.
